Get help¶
There is a Get help button inside the dashboard — on each throw card, and in the top navigation for anything not about a specific throw. It goes straight to the person who runs ThrowSage.
What to say¶
Describe what you expected and what you got. If it is about one throw, use the button on that throw's card — it attaches the throw automatically, so you do not need to describe which one or dig up any identifiers.
Useful things to include:
- What you were doing when it went wrong.
- What the page said, word for word, if it said anything.
- Whether it has happened more than once.
You do not need to attach anything technical. What was going on with your throw is attached for you.
Before you ask¶
Two things are worth checking first, because they account for most questions:
- The hammer's path looks wrong, or numbers are missing. When tracking fails fixes this in a few minutes without anyone else being involved.
- A concern is listed on your throw card. Click it — the table usually names the fix.
How fast¶
ThrowSage is run by one person. You will get a reply, but not instantly.
